PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS A JOINT COMMITTEE OF THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE, FINANCE COMMITTEE, AND PERSONNEL COMMITTEE AND MEETING OF THE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
1. Call Meeting to Order by Chair Mackie at 6:00 p.m.
2. Roll Call – present: Baker, Fiedler, Waggoner, Mackie, Ricci, Esser, Thompson, Graber, Masterjohn, Wood, Quinn, Dohm, Ford, Reiter, Sather, Hansen, Hopke. Also present: Mindy Dale, L. Olson.
3. Approval of Current Agenda on motion by Fiedler, 2nd by Masterjohn; MC.
4. Personnel matters and complaints involving Departments of Administration/HR and Finance.
Closed Session pursuant to Wis. Stats. §19.85 (1) (c) for consideration of employment or performance evaluation data; (1)(f) consideration of personal or disciplinary data, preliminary consideration of specific personnel problems or the investigation of charges against specific persons which if discussed in public would be likely to have a substantial adverse effect upon the reputations of any person referred to in such histories or data, or involved in such problems or investigations; and (1)(g) conferring with legal counsel for the governmental body who is rendering advice concerning same. Motion to go into closed session was made by Reiter, 2nd by Masterjohn; roll vote indicated unanimous approval. Mindy Dale was asked to remain in closed session, along with all board members present.
Note: The purpose of this agenda item is to provide a full update to the County Board. The Executive Committee, Finance Committee, Personnel Committees, and/or the County Board may take action(s) consistent with their respective roles as it relates to the agenda item.
5. Return to Open Session and Act on Items from Closed Session, if deemed necessary and appropriate, and continue with additional agenda items.
6. Adjourn on motion by Masterjohn, 2nd by Esser.
